PBL teaching methodology boosts project #quality improvement in relation to #academic performance and is an effective tool to improve integrated application skills and bridge the gap between theory and practice. #Lean Six Sigma methodology provides a lot of powerful tools that help educators focus on the quality of the teaching process to make learning more efficient and satisfactory for the students.#Hanson students are practicing a Nominal Group Technique in identifying the problem, generating solutions, and decision-making. I believe NGT is a powerful quality tool that facilitates face-to-face interaction to make everyone contribute to problem solving; and everyone's voice is heard!

Who else can help your students better than a recent graduate? They prove to be the best source of motivation to your current learners via sharing their own experience and stories of success, and that’s one of the most effective strategies you can use as an educator to increase the success of your students.Nishant Goel a PMP holder who has recently passed the exam and become a PMI member, is the one who shared his own experience of education, training, and roadmap towards PMP Certification with the current #Hanson students doing a Project Management Course on the topic “PMP Certification as a tool to verify your project experience and accelerate your career in challenge-associated environment”.During the session, the students were demonstrated that college and career success is achievable; they also had a great opportunity to be engaged in lively discussions on the value of PMI and PMP as a step to accelerate their career paths, hard and soft skills needed in project management, current PM trends and best practices, and a personal strategy used by the Guest Speaker to prepare for the PMP Exam. The session highlighted the importance of focusing on continued improvement to help students excel academically and prepare for the professional management carer (in particular project management).

PBL is an effective methodology that helps prepare highly skilled job-ready graduates for successful careers in future. Students get engaged in real-world projects, get better understanding of the courses they are doing, develop such cognitive skills as problem solving and critical thinking, perfect communication and negotiation skills.This semester, as a part of the project-based learning experience, we tried to concentrate on the challenges that international students in Canada may face. The research they have done covered the topics on the effect of AI tools on college education, enhancing professionalism and networking among international students, impact of library computerization on academic performance, employment challenges faced by international students, quality in education, and cultural identity. A long awaited in-person event and a great opportunity to meet with the TESL Ontario Team! It was a wonderful opportunity to meet with the industry professionals sharing their experiences on AI application in the educational process, learning enhancement platforms, classroom design innovations, as well as technologies that facilitate students' engagement, and, yes, a lot of networking opportunities!
