Home Care/Home Health Manager Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for training, scheduling, customer relations, hiring, and overseeing our team of caregivers. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Home Care/Home Health Manager Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for new and current caregivers to ensure high standards of care and compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.
• Create and manage schedules for caregivers, ensuring adequate coverage to meet the needs of our residents and clients at Riverview and in the Spokane community.
• Act as the primary point of contact for residents, clients, and their families, addressing any concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services.
• Supervise and support caregivers, providing guidance and feedback to maintain a motivated and skilled team.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents and clients.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and handle other administrative duties as required.

Home Care/Home Health Manager Job Requirements

• Integrity, credibility, and commitment to Riverview’s mission, vision, and values.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in home care or home health management.
• LPN preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful team leadership.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
